Would you like to conduct an equity assessment to determine where your organization or institution stands with DEI? The assessment is a structured, comprehensive review of the system that examines each level's components and aspects to assess how they are serving underrepresented or minority populations. It identifies opportunities, barriers, factors of exclusion, and potential solutions to increase access, improve performance, and eliminate stigma or discrimination. It relies on an evidence-based approach to ensure that the people most affected by educational inequities and bias are at the center of designing solutions.
Would you like to dig deeper and find the root cause of issues related to DEI in your organization or at your institution? Consider a qualitative study and report out. The research and report will provide a holistic view of culture, values, and gaps drawing connections to policies and practices to foster equity (or the absence thereof) across multiple campus communities.
